The Content Plan · Evolv × Megafon
The working plan behind the Evolv Engine: what gets posted, where it comes from, and the short list of things we actually point a camera at. Two posts a day without Alex touching a timeline.
What we mine
We audited every file in the Evolv drive: 4,705 files, 900 GB, reorganized and cataloged down to the minute. This is what exists, per event.

The repurposing map
The Forward play, applied to this exact inventory. Every source has a job, an output format, and a bank size. This is the editors' quota sheet and Alex's receipt, same table.
| Source | Becomes | Bank |
|---|---|---|
| 12 full talks (~6h of stage) | Hook-first speaker moment reels, 8-12 per talk. Best line first, keyword CTA in caption | ~120 reels |
| Multicam masters (~7.7h) | The recap film that sells next year + room FOMO cuts | 1 film + ~30 cuts |
| VIP + mastermind sessions | The paid recordings library (VIP tier deliverable) + tight mastermind teaser clips for the insider audience | Library + ~15 clips |
| 38 testimonial files | More hook-first proof reels in the format that already works (6 are live) | ~10 more |
| ~2,000 photos | Carousel narrative sets (arrival → room → moments → after-party), speaker cards, throwback posts | ~25 carousels |
| 2025 testimonials + stills | Origin-arc content: "the first Evolv" throwbacks that set up the growth story | ~10 posts |
| Every webby playback (Alex hosts, sends the recording) | Clips for the feed + full replay gated behind a comment keyword within 48h of handoff | Per webby |
~200 pieces can be cut from footage that's already shot. At 2 posts a day, that's three months of daily presence without booking a single new shoot day.
Source footage is filed by number in the drive: 2. MASTERS (never touch, copy out), 3. EDITS (your working folders, by deliverable), 5. PUBLISH (finished, captioned, ready). If you're saving into a folder without a number, stop.
Best moment in the first two seconds, no intros, no logos before the value. The first testimonial batch got rejected for exactly this. Hook first, always.
"Comment SUMMIT" / "Comment REPLAY" per the content calendar. The caption format is fixed: bold claim first line, keyword CTA last line. The automation behind it is already wired.
Files named Evolv-Format-Topic-Date, no spaces. Drafts land in 3. EDITS under the deliverable's Drafts folder; only approved cuts move to 5. PUBLISH.
What actually gets posted
Modeled on what @forward.usa actually runs: a twice-daily drumbeat where the event anchors everything and the mix keeps it alive between events.
The sharpest 30-60 seconds from every talk. Borrowed authority, zero production cost.
"You can't describe this room." B-roll cuts that sell next year's seats, week after week.
Narrative sets from the ~2,000 shots in the drive: arrival, the room, the moments, the after-party.
Alex hosts them, we mine them. Send us the playback and every webinar becomes feed clips, with the replay gated behind a comment keyword within 48 hours.
Alex's daily drumbeat: one claim, one beat of proof, done. Batch-shot 15-20 at a time.
The "my first event was empty" arc, told properly, plus hook-first attendee proof.
What we shoot
If it's not on this list, we don't shoot it, we mine it. Crew of three where it matters: Neema directing, Jay on video, a pro photographer on stills.
The honest list
Everything above is real and linked. This is what the plan still needs, who owes it, and what happens without it.
The angle that stays
Not a cold audience. Two warm ones: people who were physically there, and people who wanted to be. Every CTA now has a real destination: the Summit 2.0 application page. And a real clock: webinar-attendee pricing ($3,999) ends Aug 16, then it's $4,999 for the public. The insider content runs THIS WEEK or it wastes the deadline.
